Woodspun is an exhibition of artisan wood-turned forms in CIT Wandesford Quay Gallery. It features work from the Cork Woodturning Community as part of Cork Month of Craft. The show includes work by Kieran Higgins. Tony Farrell, Gerard Hennessy, Brian McAdoo, Michael Patwell, Hilary Hale and Charley McCarthy.

A piece by Kieran Higgns was recently presented to Yoko Ono to celebrate her Lifetime Achievement award, granted to her by the Dublin Biennial Exhibition, which featured her work ‘Wish Tree for Ireland’.

The featured woodturners will host a ‘meet the maker’ day in CIT Wandesford Quay Gallery 10 – 6 Saturday 18 August which coincides with National Heritage Day.
