Radharc: Perspectives in Print
Saturday 4 February – Sunday 21 May 2023
The Irish word radharc suggests a prospect, view, scene, range of vision, or something seen.
Drawn from Crawford Art Gallery’s extensive print collection, this exhibition offers a cross-section of printmaking over the past hundred years.
What enters the artist’s field of vision and how do they perceive or propose what they envision?
Featured artists include Norman Ackroyd, Katherine Boucher Beug, Christo, Otto Dix, Debbie Godsell, Robert Indiana, Fiona Kelly, Paul Larocque, David Lilburn, Joan Miró, Cóilín Murray, Jennifer O’Sullivan, Eduardo Paolozzi, Pablo Picasso, and Georges Rouault.
