Into The Field is an invitation to encounter the inner world of feelings through the lens of a live field of contemporary art practice, dissolving the boundaries between artist and viewer.

Light, colour and sound gently collide within a myriad of objects, video, installation, colour studies and soundscapes that move between material and immaterial worlds. This encounter will create possibilities for the viewer to find meaning and resonance within the porous nature of the work, thus providing a fertile ground for activating the viewer’s response.

New works by artist Odey Curbelo and composer Norbert Vollath, together with works by William McKeown and Jack B. Yeats will be placed in dialogue with each other. The theme of colour and light will be anchored lby Olafur Eliasson’s Colour Circle Series, a quiet interruption at the centre of the experience.

Into The Field invites the viewer to step into this elusive experience, in an attempt to elicit an open-ended response to the work.
