I won’t say I will see you tomorrow is a multi- disciplinary project that explores the work and legacy of Austrian philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein. He lived in Kilpatrick House in Redcross, Co. Wicklow in 1947 while writing his influential book Philosophical Investigations. Artists, architects, writers and musicians have been invited to respond to his writings and architectural legacy and have presented events over the last six months which culminates in an exhibition in Mermaid Arts Centre from Sat 15 September to Thu 31 October.

This final iteration of the programme is a group exhibition at the Mermaid Arts Centre and at a site in Redcross, Co Wicklow featuring artists Karl Burke, Clodagh Emoe, Bernhard Fuchs, Joseph Noonan Ganley, James O’Haodha, Mark Swords & Linda Quinlan, curated by Aoife Tunney and programme co-curated with Eilís Lavelle. It may be viewed in the Mermaid Gallery from 14 September to 31 October, 10am to 6pm (later on show nights).

The exhibition is hosted in and around a structure built within Mermaid Arts Centre’s gallery. This pavilion is designed by Austrian architect Markus Bogensburger, and its influence and parameters have been informed by the types of modest living circumstances Ludwig Wittgenstein chose throughout his life.

The exhibition opening and reception will take place on Saturday 14 September in Mermaid Arts Centre Gallery at 5pm following a complementary bus to transport attendees to Red Cross for the outdoor exhibition. This will leave at 6.15pm and return to Bray Dart station at approximately 9.30pm and tickets may be reserved by clicking on the link on the right. All are welcome.
