Excess Baggage sees young Irish based artists, with mixed background and disciplines and working with emerging technologies, travelling to Estonia in March 2013 to present a pop up exhibition in Estonian Academy of Arts Gallery and DA keldrisaal. Its intention is to further develop links between similar interest groups there. The format consists of each artist carrying their work with them and travelling on a direct, low budget flight.
