We are pleased to announce the foundation of the Contemporary Art Gallery Association (CAGA) in Ireland.

The Contemporary Art Gallery Association (CAGA) represents private art galleries in Ireland which are committed to the exhibition of contemporary visual art, the promotion of artists’ careers and the expansion of a public audience. CAGA’s primary objective is to raise the profile of the private art gallery sector by raising awareness of its collective activities through engagement with collectors, the media and public bodies.

To mark the occasion, 11 leading contemporary Dublin-based private art galleries will host Gallery Open on Thursday, October 27,  4 – 8pm, featuring late openings and special events from:

All welcome and all free. Collect stamps along the Gallery Open route and redeem your flyer for a complimentary drink at The Wren Hotel. To be eligible for the promotion, you must have visited at least 1 Northside Gallery and 2 Southside Galleries. Promotion only valid on 27.10.22 between 8–10pm. One drink per person.
