Connection
A schools project funded by Waterford City and County Council’s Professional Grant.
The project challenges the notion of reconnecting. An exhibition representing the product of the collaborative work based on a response to reconnecting. While we realign to this new pace and rhythm of daily life artists are expanding horizons, showing how we can continue to unite and reflect.
An exhibition by participants of four schools open studio workshop with GOMA studio artists. Created by participants of the schools weekly Open Studio workshop, this exhibition showcases a diverse range of individual styles and techniques, and celebrate the participants reconnecting after time apart.
Community-based, four schools, challenge the notion of isolation through distant collaboration and collaborating with GOMA’s studio artists. An exhibition presenting the product of the collaborative work. The project will be based on a response to the Resilience.
Participants have respond to the PHYSICAL, SOCIAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL aspects of Reconnection in Visual format.
